The Art of Vinegar Making

Traditional Fermentation for Everyday Health and Living
with Jenni from Wren Herbal

Vinegar making is a simple, ancient skill that transforms everyday scraps into something deeply useful and nourishing. In this practical workshop, Jenni from Wren Herbal will guide us through do’s and don’ts for the art of making vinegar at home using fruit scraps, flowers, herbs, and even vegetables.

You’ll learn how vinegar supports everyday health and life from cooking, dressings, and preserving, to natural cleaning, hair care, and even adding to pets’ water. There is also a lot of information currently about using Vinegar daily for health benefits, so Jenni will discuss this topic in some detail.

This session is perfect for anyone curious about fermentation, low-waste living, or building practical household skills.

Participants will receive clear instruction so they can commence the vinegar-making process with confidence at home.

Wren Herbal was established by Jenni Pemberton upon completion of her formal study in Western Herbal Medicine in 2017 and since then has participated regularly in practical training sessions presented by well renowned speakers through ANTA and other organisations to continually improve and update her knowledge.

Now, Jenni’s major focus is directed to a process she refers to as “Digestive Retraining”.

In many instances, the illnesses and health challenges that people are experiencing will benefit from not only changed diet, but also the process of repairing and healing the digestive system. Following this process enables the body to regain balance and function properly so that food is digested and nutrients are absorbed into the body, just as they should be.

Directing focus on “Digestive Retraining” can also improve quality of Skin (eg Eczema, Psoriasis, Rosacea), Chronic Inflammation in the body (eg Arthritis and Joint Diseases, Autoimmune Diseases, Glucose Intolerance, Cardiovascular Disease), Allergies, COPD, Mood and Hormone Balancing (assisting Menopause as well as Period symptoms).

Other, more commonly experienced health issues such as Reflux, Bloating, Constipation can also be improved when this treatment is followed as prescribed.
